Thanks for visting! My requsite bio: I’m a 30-something guy who was born in Maine, grew up in the Seattle area (actually, in a tiny town on Whidbey Island called Coupeville. Population: 1,500), and has lived in the South since 1998. I now call Atlanta my home. I’m a meteorologist by trade (seriously) and am a member of the vaunted “drive-by media.”
My political leanings? I guess you’d call me a member of the vast right wing conspiracy. However, I am socially liberal enough to confound and infuriate my conservative friends. I’m a committed Christian who can’t stand members of my religion who like to judge others.
What else…. I’m blessed to have a beautiful son and an agreeable (one would say even pleasant) ex-wife. I’m even more blessed to have a wonderful, kind, caring and patient girlfriend whom I love with all my heart.
Unlike a lot of meteorologists, I think I have a wide variety of interests. I work out, play rugby, enjoy a fine cigar once or twice a week. Don’t drink nearly as much as I used to once I learned quality trumps quantity. I’m a big fan of urban renewal, and want nothing more than to renovate one of the great bungalows here in the Atlanta metro area. I’ve learned that life isn’t meant to be lived with too much stress. “Control the controllable, don’t worry about the rest” is something I try to live by.

CY,
I found your site through Michelle Malkin’s site.
My blog is the Tygrrrr Express.

If you like it, please consider a link or blogroll exchange.
Also, I get some pretty decent (not Malkin sized!) traffic, so let me know if you would like anything promoted.
Respectfully,
eric aka the Tygrrrr Express
P.S. Your blogroll has some great cites, especially AT and the Rottweiler.

Nice blog. Keep it up. I’m getting tired of the Chicken. The cross-fire is maddening. Aside from your Yankee bashing, I dig your prose.
